Abstract
Pharmacogenomics is a new scientific discipline utilizing molecular genetic information to predict outcome of drug treatment, i.e. therapeutic efficacy and side effects. The article reviews the results of studies concerning the pharmacogenomics of neuroleptic, antidepressant and mood-normalizing drugs.
